Trenton Beriont, President

Trenton Beriont is the President and Co-Founder of Renascent  Group. He has been successfully matching opportunity with talent for  the past 10 years. He has professional memberships with the  Healthcare Marketing Council, Bio-tech Council of New Jersey, and  American Management Association as well as memberships in various other pharmaceutical, marketing and other social media networks.    

Prior to starting his own company in September of 2003, he was VP of Sales and Business Development at  a nationally recognized search firm where he created and headed the pharmaceutical marketing division.  Trenton was also the VP of Strategic Alliances with Homestore.com where he developed and established a  business model and generated revenues over 10 million dollars in two years. While he was at  Homestore.com he recruited and managed business development for the East Coast. Trenton also has an  extensive executive background in advertising sales and financial marketing with Fortune 500 companies  such as the Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker magazine, and The New York Times. He is currently a founding board member of a medical device company. Trenton and his family reside on the beautiful Jersey shore. 

 

 

Donna Beriont, Partner

Donna is a partner with her husband Trenton for the Renascent Group. She is responsible for RGroup’s start up, set-up, employee hiring, research, candidate screening, training and coaching, data base set up, all forms, letters, and web design. 

One of her greatest highlights since she started Renascent Group includes raising over $30,000.00 for ALS Association Walks to D’FEET ALS earning top donator for the walk on the Seaside, NJ boardwalk in 2007.  Another highlight was golfing and sponsoring a hole in the Rally for the Cure, a  Nationwide Golf tournament benefiting Cancer in 2010.

Before starting Renascent Group Donna was involved with many different clients while running Donna Beriont Public Relations firm and before that she worked as a consultant for AT&T.  Donna has worked in Real Estate with the Van Sciver Company as a Realtor, Trainer and Media Director and prior to that she was with Suburban Cablevision as an On-Air Reporter and Writer/Producer and Channel 2 News as a researcher for the NJ Desk.  Donna and Trenton just celebrated their 7th year as business owners this past October 2010.

 

Jacqueline Hudson, Director of Candidate Services

Jacqueline joined the Renascent Group, L.L.C. in the summer of 2005.  Her responsibilities include: conducting interviews, building and maintaining candidate relations, writing and posting client career opportunities, researching clients and candidates, and performing searches for clients.  She runs the satellite office in Dallas, Texas.  Jacqueline has a Public Relations degree from Texas Tech University.
